6. Payments

invoices are payable within agreed terms.
late payments may incur statutory interest and administrative fees.
We reserve the right to suspend services in case of overdue payments.
7. Non-Payment
In case of non-payment:
services may be paused or terminated
outstanding balances remain due
recovery costs may be charged.
8. Intellectual Property
All systems, frameworks, and materials remain property of the Company unless agreed otherwise.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
no liability for indirect damages or lost profits
total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
10. Availability
Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
11. Third-Party Providers

We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated if:

payments are overdue
